About Voltra’s Ghost
” In 2008, we introduced a new cushioned shoe, with the goal of creating a go-to neutral ride for runners. At the time, our director of product management was known for running at night, and thus the shoe was nicknamed “the Ghost” which eventually became its official name.
Runners have loved the Ghost for its soft cushioning, smooth transitions, and reliability as a daily trainer. Over the years, we have continued to make updates, ensuring the Ghost remains a go-to among runners. Enhancements include improving the fit of the upper for distraction-free comfort mile after mile and an updated midsole with DNA Loft v2 for blissfully cushioned strides.
Plus, we’ve reduced our environmental impact by using sustainably made, recycled materials. “
